Alanod’s Reflective Material Contributes to Award-Winning Retrofit of SDE3 Building for Sustainability

The 45-year-old School of Design and Environment 3 (SDE3) building at the National University of Singapore (NUS) has undergone a transformative retrofit, significantly improving energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and sustainability. The project, which featured Alanod MIRO^® 20 reflective material for the building’s redesigned West-facing facade, recently won "Project of the Year 2024" in the "International, Sustainability" category by the Society of Facade Engineers (SFE) at an award ceremony in London, November 2024.

Trade Shows in November

In just a few weeks, we will be participating in two major trade shows! The first is the Automotive Interiors in Stuttgart, Germany, which opens its doors on 12th November, showcasing the latest trends in automotive interior design.

The second event is the BIG 5 in Dubai, the largest construction industry show in the Middle East, starting on 26th November. 

Alanod opens sales office in Shanghai

This week, Alanod has inaugurated a new sales office in Shanghai to enhance its service for customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Located in the German Centre Shanghai, this office will facilitate closer collaboration and support Alanod's growth strategy in a rapidly expanding market.
