Facade Project
Office complex Riverside Janus, Gentilly, France
The facade of the Riverside office building, made of DECO PRIME® creates a clean, modern look.
Facade Project
Flagship Store Michael Kors, Shanghai
The facade of the flagship store resembles a glowing web and was realised by KPF, an award-winning global architecture firm. Its dazzling effect is created by hundreds of thousands of single, hand-crafted, angled aluminium reflectors out of highly reflective DECO PRIME® surfaces. The facade keeps its glimmering effect both during the day as well as at night using artificial lighting.
Facade Project
Mirror Pavilion,
Galway, Ireland
Highly reflective DECO PRIME® allows the Mirror Pavilion to appear nearly invisible. The project was created by Stacbond.
Facade Project
Steirereck Restaurant,
Vienna, Austria
A reflective aluminum facade out of DECO PRIME® brings "the park to the table." The trees in the Vienna city park appear as blurred contours in the aluminum panels and create the illusion of being surrounded by landscape of the park.
Interior Project
Toranomon Hills
Business Tower Tokyo, Japan
Ceilings out of matt yet reflective DECO PRIME® material from ALANOD were installed in the Toranomon Business Tower in Tokyo. The clean finished look creates a modern, professional atmosphere.
Interior Project
Rotpunkt Kitchen
Design and function work in tandem to create a minimalist look. Rotpunkt Kitchens used DECO PRIME® for their new kitchen line. Instead of a plastic or lack surface, DECO PRIME® aluminium with a strength of 14 mm was used.
Interior Project
Kiruna City Hall,
Kiruna, Sweden
The building in the centre of the city hall is recogniseable by the large, golden aluminium panels out of Alanod DECO PRIME® that line the walls and ceiling. The panels lend themselves to an authentic metallic look thanks to their anodised surface and create a modern and high quality interior within the city hall.
Lighting Project
Kubik Finance Building,
Luxembourg
During the general refurbishment of the ESM (European Stability Mechanism) building, the aim was to create bright spaces through natural lighting. Therefore, light-directing aluminium panels made of MIRO® were used in the skylight opening, which distribute the daylight into the depth of the room.
Lighting Project
Fulton Station, New York
USA
The highlight of the station is the glass "Sky Reflector" in its center. Daylight pours in from above and is spread throughout the building through the highly reflective aluminium panels out of MIRO®, maximising natural light.
Solar Project
Solar Thermal Facility,
Friesach, Austria
The major solar thermal facility is made up of 436 large solar panels that span 5.750 square meters, which are connected to a 1,1 kilometer long heating line and a 1.000 cubic meter memory storage. The solar panels are made of highly efficient absorption surfaces from ALANOD.
Solar Project
Dubai Sports Complex
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
On the roof of the Dubai Sports Complex is a 1.026 m2 solar field, which supplies the sports facility with hot water for showers, the swimming pool, and sanitation. For the solar panels, ALANOD's highly absorbing mirotherm® was used.
Solar Project
SIG SolarCAD II
Geneva, Switzerland
The SIG SolarCAD II solar thermal power plant, designed and installed by the Geneva-based TVP Solar and completed in December 2020, produces more than 0.5 GWh of energy per year. In 2021, the installation demonstrated the capability to produce hot water at more than 80°C, all-year round, even in winter.
